SPECIAL This is a really neat old trailer that's  pretty rare. Check around, I bet you can't find out much about it, if you can please let me know.
OTHER There are some areas that we need to make you aware of.  First is the wiring, the 110V wiring. Something apparently happened at some point in time so severe that the entire trailer has been re-wired with flexible conduit and it's not pretty. Next, the wooden frame around the perimeter seems pretty well whipped. I would say that all the lower exterior panels should come off see what it looks like. I'd bet quite a bit of wood will need to be replaced. Please don't think that it's falling apart, it's not, but if you're going to fix it, you might as well fix it right.    On the up side, the interior is really nice for the age with a great floorplan. I towed it about 100 miles with absolutely no problems.
