SPECIAL The unfortunate thing about this trailer is that it set for about 5 years unattended with a broken window. Mice got in and made a mess. I've cleaned it, but it could use more. New floor covering and new upholstery would make all the difference. A super nice exterior that could polish up like new.
OTHER I have tested the water system with 45 psi of air and found no leaks. The sewer tank and valve are fine. All appliances with the exception of the furnace and the oven work 100%. A great trailer for the money.

MISC
Dolly Wheel: No
Equalizer Bars: No, but there are old Reese dual cam sway control arms and snap-ups in place
Hitch Head: No

Sway Control: No
