Bumper, Frame & A-frame: Frame and tougue are good.
Dents, Scratches, Damage:   No major dents, but lots of little ones as well as holes which have been taped (not by me) with duct tape.
Entry Door / Keys: Needs new locks. Set up for Decker brand.
Entry Step: Stuck.
Front Hoist: Brand new.
Hitch Coupler: Also new.
Roof: Wavey. Patched where the old furnace vent was.
Screen Door: Creaky.
Tail, License & Marker Lights: Original taillights and license light. Markers have plastic lenses.
Price includes temp lights for transport.
Underbelly: Good, see picture.
Window Glass/Seals: The front side windows have been changed to jalousie's and the front corner windows are covered over with aluminum.

SPECIAL
OTHER  Although this Manor is rather needy, it has good 'bones'. The front and rear caps, which because of their compound curves are hard to fix, are good condition. The frame and tonugue are also in good condtion. Yes, there are a number of dings and whamies and the entire trailer was painted at some point with silver paint which thin and should strip without a huge effort. The axle and springs should be replaced with a torsional axle if it's to be towed on a regular basis. I've mentioned before that Spartans were the best aluminum riveted trailers ever made and this one has many, many more years left.
